Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. Should you need to cancel your tour, the following fees apply:
- Up to 15 days before tour start: 20% of travel price
- Up to 8 days before tour start: 30% of travel price
- Up to 3 days before tour start: 50% of travel price
- 2 days before tour start or later: 100% of travel price
Travel Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed with a deposit/full payment and a confirmation email from us.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required a minimum of 2 days before the tour. Non-compliance may lead to reservation cancellation.
- Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended to cover medical expenses, luggage loss, and trip cancellations.
- Health and Safety: Travelers should assess their suitability for tours. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at booking.
- Alterations: We may alter itineraries for safety and comfort.
- Liability: We’re not liable for unforeseen failures to conduct tours, attributable to the customer or beyond our control.
Additional Conditions
- Valid Travel Documents: You’re responsible for having valid passports and visas. Lack thereof is at your expense.
- Force Majeure: We reserve the right to modify/cancel tours in events like war, natural disasters, delays, or bankruptcy of associated service providers.
- Special Requests: Inform us of any specific needs at booking. We’ll try to accommodate but can’t guarantee.
- Complaints During Tour: Address any issues immediately during the tour for prompt resolution.
Booking Changes
The main booker can request changes, subject to potential additional costs.
